Patterns for left handed people

Buenas, soy zurda y me gustaría saber si alguien sabe como adaptar los patrones para personas diestras a zurdas, de mome to mis amigurumis son de patrones que dan lo mismo, pero he estado mirando los patrones de muñecas que tienen  lado izquierdo y derecho y no se como adaptarlos y como me van a quedar

No entiendo la dificultad, la izquierda sigue siendo la izquierda no? :)
Igual se me escapa algo, no soy zurda, pero no entiendo la pregunta.
Puedes concretar un poco más, dónde tienes el problema?

Should not the pattern indicate which side is which? If you are trying to make right handed images appear to be left hand then put the pattern in front of a mirror. This makes the right hand left.

Al ser zurda tenjes en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj, entonces y creo que las piezas quedarán al revés.
