Double sided

I remember learning how to do a double sided cross stitch. Both sides looked like the front. Anyone have a link or file they can share?

I believe it is called "Italian cross stitch". Several tutorials can be found online

I also want to learn that, some people called it mirror image cross stitch. The Italian stitch is different style also.
