I found this thread which has problems with incomplete/corrupted files.
Applemints - Heart Warming Life Series - Race and crochet Botanical Item - 2020 - Japanese

Im sorry, I cant link yet. When downloading both files in the thread, the first file was corrupted and the second file was empty. Upon recovering the first file I saw that its the first half of the magazine, but it happens to be the half with no patterns on it :((
