Hello, I spent 100 coins on these attachments and none of the files will open. I see that at least one other person commented theyre having the same issue. Is there a way to fix this/get a refund of my coins? I dont have access to post urls yet, but the pattern is Pom Pom # 38 Autumn 2021

I can opened without any problem....

You have to download all parts and open them together .... Like that "part1, part2 , part3...." attachments , must download all parts and open them together ... All parts for one big file ...
