Yes, they seems duplicate but it is not duplicate for us... Let me please explain ... Same brand same pattern but publisher first released with diffrent name "mewnicorn"... It is sale pattern

I saved them both to my collections and I kept going back and forth and I was so confused because they looked exactly the same but what you say makes sense thank you for clearing that up.

This pattern is free online. Im in the process of making this and watching the video tutorial on YouTube so Im not really sure how the free/non-free patterns work but just an FYI
