Im being charged for things Ive already bought. I left my tablet in my husbands mothers car and wanted the pattern I was working on so I was going to download it to my phone and I had to purchase it again. I thought it was weird but its literally on the 3rd to Last page in my book area thats how I find all the patterns Ive already downloaded and when I clicked on it poof I had to purchase it again so I am just wondering this seems to keep happening to me is this normal?
