I downloaded and check it works excellent for .. no empty rar file .... It is synchronize archive content... It means you have to download all parts and open them together

Yes, I realise it is still workable. However I have just been looking further and there are no instructions for Bands 1,2,3, 4 or 5, but again you might be able to work these out for yourself.
