I downloaded and check it works excellent for .. no empty rar file .... It is synchronize archive content... It means you have to download all parts and open them together

Color key and stitch key in here but Fabric requirement page ? I can not see either ... But it still workable in our policy ... It can stay when better /full edition uploaded... I will add a notice on the post ...

Yes, I realise it is still workable.  However I have just been looking further and there are no instructions for Bands 1,2,3, 4 or 5, but again you might be able to work these out for yourself.
