We can add single patterns from books now?

I came across the single knit pattern Anatolia from The Knitting Book Rowan 54 today. I thought we couldnt add single patterns from books or magazines. Has this changed?

Rowan 54 has been recylced (apparently because it was incomplete).  I have been told that one can upload single patterns from magazines, but not pages from a magazine.  I do not know if this rule is still in force, and I do not know if the specific pattern is pages from the magazine.  If it is the latter, then there is a problem.  Otherwise, is a nice pattern.  Though, actually, Rowan 54 has a number of very nice patterns :)

youre right, the pattern is a part of Rowan 54-2013 (out of print)
not a single original pattern

If it is obvious that the pattern came from the magazine or book, it is not allowed.
However, sometimes a pattern is separately released for sale by the designer.

Well Im sure any administrator can check it, since you can download for free.  And it is always obvious if a pattern is from pages or a single release.
