Unable to download a PDF

I saw a PDF for a design( Brick house sampler- Brenda Gervais) and when I try to download it I got the message "Sorry, only specified members can download attachments" Those kind of pdf will became available for everyone to download or will remain in the same stage? Do I need to have certain requirements to be able to download? If yes, what are those and how do I get them?

You need to be level 2 to be able to download it.

behave is correct. That download has a read permission of 90, which means you need to be level 2 or higher. You reach level 2 at 126 credits

You will be able to download this pattern when you reach level 2. No one will upload the same pattern again, as that would be a duplicate, and therefore not allowed.
