About downloading a file for second time

Hello!

First of all, I hope all of you are very well.

I need you to clarify if when I download a file for a second time, the 30 GC rate for downloading is charged again or not. I recently had to download for second time around 10 files, which I downloaded for the first time a few minutes before, and the system made the charge everytime I downloaded a file. I checked in my total GC and they were efectively discounted. I thought that if you download again a file within 24 hours, you were not charged, but now I am not sure if it only applies to the Price and not to the Download Cost.

So my doubt is if it is normal, this is how it works? I am not sure because after all this time I have been in this forum, it is my first time I had to download anything for a second time.

Daily Cross Stitch - Cabin in the Woods

I downloaded "Cabin in the Woods.rar" three times today, checking each time before and after downloading on the credit page.
Each time the system subtracts 30 GC from me (a window appears with a message about subtracting 30 GC - previously it appeared only the first time and never again for some time).

I asked to our tech team.... And results...:D

These first 7 days free rule changed..... it is "forever" now.... It means if you download once it will be free forever... (I chekced my regular accounts each one accounts work excellent.... Even I downloaded 2016 and now I tried , it is still free for me)

I checked each attachment cut from you only one time..... I mean no double download cost on your account....

Lately we saw lot of weird thing on our site about it fixed first upgrade (first 24 hours) maybe system shows but actually never cut from your account

Indeed, an unpleasant surprise: :(
I downloaded "Cabin in the Woods.rar" twice within a few minutes and 30 GC (the download cost) was removed twice.

Did you download from iBooks or from the pattern post?

If you download from iBooks above you can download free for 7 days or that is how it is supposed to work.

If you download from the post, you will continue to pay for the attachment but not the extra charge for the up-loader.

I dont know right now what happening ... Puppy send me pictures she faced same problem with you... It shouldnt be happening.... I wrote again to our tech team... I am waiting their answer and solution

I sure hope it is now "forever free" - that would be wonderful!  7 days is not a very long time, especially since things happen in the computer world and I know Ive lost everything when a drive died and had to start over again.  Waiting to hear the final outcome :-)

I am also having issues downloading files today using firefox and chrome. I tried both the Dahlia tee and Dilworth Shawl and neither will complete the download, saying "file incomplete", so I tried to download again and again and again a bunch of times. Then I realized I was being charged 30GC by the system each time I tried, and I saw that my GC were decreasing each try! I still cant get the files to download but will wait until this all gets figured out to try again.
Thank you for having this thread so I could see that it was not just an issue for me.
