I’m not getting my gold coin rewards

Ive been using the app to get gold coins from watching ads, but for the past few months Ive noticed I have not been receiving the reward for watching the ads and the ad watching task doesnt get completed either, does anyone know how to fix this issue Im logged into the right account in the ap and the online site so their should be no reason why I shouldnt be getting the reward.

There is no app anymore. The app is removed from the Playstore.
