Alipay

Hi. Im new. I tried to contact moderator but for some reason i cant.
I have a problem with Alipay. I used twice the QR code the site gave me. But I never had my coins.
I search everywhere but i cant find where to post this and how to communicate my problem.
I would like to have my coins. I have wait a couple hours but nothing.
I can prove i have paid but its in chinese.
Someone can help me and tell me if it s normal if i have 0 coins  ?
