How much time is needed for a bounty to be verified?

Hello! I was wondering in average how much time is needed for a moderator to approve and solve a bounty. I created a new one and already got 3 replies.

The replies under your bounty post are just the usual "thank you" type of replies. The bounty thread gets processed once someone uploads the pattern youve requested. Without an actual upload, no moderators can process and solve your bounty.

As for how much time itll take for someone to upload that particular pattern... good question. We have bounties created in 2010 that are still waiting for a good samaritan to upload the pattern, and there are bounties that were made a few days ago, and theyve got solved already. Please be patient, thats not something anyone can fast-track.

Ive been waiting for something to be filled for years.  Depends on whether folks have it or not.  I put a hefty bounty on it too - 5,000 GC.

Hi can I ask, are you charged thsay 500 gold coins just for posting? or are you charged if someone uploads? I have been charged 13  gold coins and cannot see any replies etc? Sorry newbie to the site x

The minimum reward is 500 GC. There is a 30% tax on top of that. When you posted your 500GC bounties, you were charged 650 coins for each of them. The charge is shown in the form you filled in when you posted the bounty.

You are charged at the moment you post the bounty, to make sure the one whom uploads gets the reward - there is no other way to make sure there are coins for the reward.

The replies in a bounty post are invisible for privacy reasons.

You have, in your bounty threads, charged 150 coins for anyone to view the picture of the design youre looking for. This is not allowed.
