Im confused... what exactly is this used for? I assumed it meant people took original patterns and ...

I am totally confused as well. It makes no sense at all to me. I have done a design I got as a scan off this site that isnt too clear and done it on PC Stitch so it is clear but I have no idea if I can upload it to here for other people to take advantage of my hard work.
