Viggos sweater by Trine Bertelsen

The sweater is knit in the round from the bottom up in a broken rib/smock pattern. Change between different lengths of circular needles when needed.

Sizes: 0 (1/2) 1 (2) 3 (4) yrs.

Yarn: Yaku 100% super wash merino wool from CaMaRose.dk.

Alternative yarn: Økologisk Sommeruld, 70% eco merino wool and 30% eco cotton, from CaMaRose.dk.

Yardage required: 3 (3) 3 (4) 4 (4) skeins.

Chest circumferenc: Approx. 56 (56) 60 (60) 64 (64) cm.

Length of body under arms: Approx. 17 (19) 21 (23) 25 (27) cm.

Needle size: Circular needle size 3 mm (40, 60 and 80 cm) and double pointed needles (dpns) size 3 mm.

Gauge: Approx. 30 sts x 40 rounds = 10 x 10 cm slightly stretched in pattern on size 3 mm. If the gauge is off try with a smaller or larger needle size. If there are too MANY sts per 10 cm, try with a LARGER needle size. If there are too FEW sts per 10 cm, try with a SMALLER needle size.
