Incomplete: on pg.7 theres an indication of a video link, and two pictures (marked by 5 and 6 respectively), and they got removed. These were supposed to show how to make a special stitch that is necessary to make the dress, and is not explained anywhere else. Pg.13 appears to be empty, but the background illustration and footer are there, so something got removed from there too.
