Bad translation and incomplete. Patterns from this site are notorious for being bad and resulting in an unworkable pattern. Examples:

Pg.1: "All parts of the toy (except for shoes) are knitted in a spiral." (this is not knitting)
Pg.3: "The sole is tied according to the following pattern" (the "following pattern is missing by the way)
Pg.3: "7 row – behind the back walls 56 sc" "behind the back walls of the hinges" (what walls and what are hinges?)
Pg.4: "In the 12th row, strapping along the left half-loops: 5 sc in 1 p., Skip 1 p. – until the end of the row In the 7th row, strapping along the left half-loops is a step." (no idea what this means)
Pg.4: "The shoes are adorned with voluminous flowers linked according to the following description:" (no description for the flowers)

And this continues for 12 pages in total.
