Read Permission for level 2 is not working. AVOID it. I will tell you why

If anyone sees Read Permission=90 report it, please. Otherwise, the majority of people wont be able to download the file. Ive been checking out the latest reports and all of them had Read Permission =90 (level 10). I changed them to RP=80 (level 1).
To see the Read Permission hoover the mouse over the name of the file.

Yes, please report that by hooving the mouse at the bottom right of the post and click on REPORT.

I have been told that even though the Read Permission is 10 (because of the glitch), whoever is at level 2 will be able to download it. They say it has been tested.

Unfortunately, I cannot test it myself. So, if someone who is at level 2 can download a file which is set Read Permission 10, please, reply to this post so that everyone can see it.

Meanwhile, I will fix all the reports I get for Read Permission 10.

yes, i have started to encounter these types of files. Its too bad I cant download it. I logged in for one. I was told it would be investigated.Thank you for the information.  I personally dont use "levels" as I think the more people able to download the better .

Ive found one with read permission 90 and will report it in case it is still an issue
