"Good" stamp

Hello!  I was just curious, why do some posts have a red "good" stamp/sticker thing?  Is that the  moderators telling us that this was a highly rated post?

The "GOOD" stamp indicates that the post is a digest. Meaning its very popular, a lot of people view and/or reply to the thread and download the attachment.

Since it is a matter of popularity, I take it with a grain of salt. It is rather a matter of taste- which is subjective. Second, much of it seems to be dependent on replies, not downloads, which really doesnt tell you anything about the quality of the file. The only thing you can assume is if there is a lot of downloads, then surely if there were issues with the file someone would have reported it.

I must be looking at the wrong stuff, Ive never seen that stamp (at least that I can remember).
