Question about the app

Ive download the app and watched the ads and then refreshed the task page but its not showing that ive watched them. Is this a know issue? And how do i manage to fix it please???

you need to use the exact same identifiants (dont forget majuscules etc), maybe delete the app and start again from zero

Thank you I have done, it was working well until today when this website stopped knowing I watched the ads on the app. Seems to be a bug or something.

I’ve done it about ten times logging out and back in to both sites, with correct usernames and still not working. Any idea when it’s going to be fixed?
