Where is my download?

I exchanged gold coins for a download, but it never started. It showed the following: For make a Gold Coins you must have at least 0 (the forum Download attachment Gold Coins-30).
But on my points log I can see the deduction of coins and purchase of the download. Where can I find the attachment? Thank you.

Have a look in ibooks,on the left top of the site. If the download was well done,it should be there.

Ive noticed that when you have to pay an additional fee, the download never works the first time, even though the coins are taken, but I have iBooks and go there to download it again.  This never seems to be a problem where no fee is charged, downloads happen immediately.
