I have the same problem under Chrome, but no problems with Edge, so I think it depends witch browser you are using ;-)
Maybe if you know this, it can help to try a different browser.
I work with chrome mostly, pay downloads with chrome and once a day I open Edge and open my Ibook to download my patterns I bought :-)
