No reward

Few of my frenz joined this community via my link but dint get any reward. Please help how it works

Did you mean "friends"?  This is what it says:

If your friends visit our site through the links listed below, you will be rewarded.

If your friends sign up in our site through the links listed below, you will be rewarded even more.

Your friends dont get a reward, you do.  I think, if I can remember correctly (admin can confirm) that you will get a reward when 10 friends apply via your links.
