Contacting a moderator in cross stitch section.

How do I contact a moderator in the cross stitch scanned section. After hours of downloading tonight just fine, all of a sudden I couldn’t download anything. Thats only partially right. I could click on download, get charged for it but didnt receive the download. It shows I have plenty of gold coin. I had already downloaded about 50 charts but then it stopped. I was charged for two more charts but didnt receive them. Now what do I do?

Try refreshing the screen on any of the threads where you couldnt download. This fixe the problem for me.

Duckeyd you are my hero. I got both charts. I got to pay for them again but it got it shaken free. Hopefully that will fix it. Thank you so very very much. Watch out tho…I know who you are now!
