Contact someone for help please?

Hi anyone kind enough to click on here to try to help. And also Thank You.
Anyways im trying to find someone to contact about the app. I have made threads before but its normally ignored but that was with an issue once a week but now its everyday.

Basically no matter how many adverts I watch on the app they never show up on this website. Ive watched so many the past several days with none counting towards the task. I have logged in and out of the website, the app, ive deleted the app and reinstalled it, ive cancelled the task and reapplied multiple times and ive download the app on numerous items too and still for the past 4 days nothing is working.

So im wanting to be able to contact someone to be able to report the problem in hopes itll be fixed please.

Any help will be greatly apprieciated. Thank You.

Weirdly the app and everything has started working after I wrote this. But still would be nice to know who to contact/ how for the future :)

are you using the same nickname on the app as on this forum. because in the past I had same problem, used my nickname wth no headletter ;-) its not the same then :-)

I use IOS mostly but I tried it on android to and had the same issue.
