Cant log in on the app

Hi!

I randomly got logged out on the app and since that moment I cant log in anymore. It keeps giving me the error that my password is wrong. I changed my password here and tried to log in again, but it keeps giving the same message for days now. If I ask to retrieve the password it says "Data must be a string or buffer" and thats it. Anyone know how to fix this?

@Turquoise I PMed you but I can only send 1 message per 24 hours so hopefully we can fix it through here

Try to delete the app and install again. Then dont use the log in button,but take the register button. So register yourself again. Do it with the same name and password you use on the site. For me it works that way.

I just tried that and it says the username is already used :( Thank you for the help though

I got the same problem in the past.
I asked here on the Task in the red text where you get the 500 coins, a new pasword and my problem was fixed.
But you can ask a new pasword only ones in 24hours, so if you did once today, you need to wait until tomorrow.
Be sure you type the correct accountname as here (seems okay at your login)
