I cant see replies

I know that when i open a bounty post someone else made, i cant read comments. They are available only to authors. But, today I posted my own bounty post and i couldnt read the comments. It says "Show author posts only" which is ridiculous, because how do i set the best answer if i cant see it? And what use do i have of the bounty area then? Thank you

Moderators regularly check the replies, you can not see them for privacy purpose. The poster of the pattern you are looking for will click the I answered box which to moderators will check and notify you to issue the reward. Hope this helps :)
