need advice...re: security reminder

Does anyone else get a pop up on bottom right of screen?

This login location "this would be my location"
Last Login location  "this one comes from the United States"
Last Login time "my login time"

Login Place is abnormal, recommended to change your password>>

I have tried resetting my pw so many times.  Does this indicate that someone is tagging on to my sign in?   I have had the same email for 20 + years....this is driving me nuts
Any help why this is happening would be so appreciated.

He cambiado varias veces la contraseña por el mismo motivo. La ventanita vuelve a aparecer y luego desaparece, ya no le presto atención, el único problema es que tengo que andar borrándola hasta que no aparece mas!!

I had to copy and do a translate in google.  yup that is what I am having to do.   worries me though that someone is hacking the groups contacts.  I dont think this should be happening

Have you got a VPN?  Opera browser has one.  A VPN masks where you log in from.  For example, if you Torrent you dont want your log in details visible so you use VPN to show different location.  Disguising your whereabouts : VPN servers essentially act as your proxies on the internet. Because the demographic location data comes from a server in another country, your actual location cannot be determined. In addition, most VPN services do not store logs of your activities. Some providers, on the other hand, record your behavior, but do not pass this information on to third parties. This means that any potential record of your user behavior remains permanently hidden.

If you go by the security reminder, I am on the road several times a day in different regions: Singapore, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, United States etc.
Traveling virtually in Corona times. Better than nothing.
In the meantime, I take that as a given. Im not using a VPN, and I havent activated it in the browser.

Since I stopped using social networks, I receive almost no spam or strange requests. Most of the time I use Firefoxs incognito mode anyway.
For any external application like Netflix or Sky I use a separate mail address. This way, I can also better assign when dubious offers are in the spam folder again.

I dont think I do.  I definitely do not use torrents my service provider would be all over that lol.     I have not travelled anywhere either
makes no sense why it pops up from U.S.

I know this is probably no help, but I only get this with VPN on.  And my service provider doesnt block eg Pirate Bay with my VPN browser, which it normally would.
