Russian designers and sanctions?

I want to be clear here, I am NOT trying to start a political debate, or argument about the current situation. I only wanted to clarify what it means for the purchase of Russian designs, and thought perhaps one of our Russian members could help explain.

For example, I know that we can still -- as of yesterday -- purchase pdf patterns from the Owl Forest website, but will that eventually be off-limits for someone in the U.S? There are some Owl Forest patterns that can only be purchased as kits (Ive purchased a few), will we still be allowed to do that? Some designers, like Barbara Ana, have exclusive deals with Nitka, and those kits can only be ordered from their website.

I just thought that someone with more knowledge than myself might have some definite answers.

March 5 (Reuters) - Payments company PayPal Holdings Inc shut down its services early on Saturday in Russia, citing "the current circumstances," joining many financial
and tech companies in suspending operations there after the invasion of Ukraine.

"Under the current circumstances, we are suspending PayPal services in Russia," President and Chief Executive Dan Schulman said in a statement. He added that the company "stands with the international community in condemning Russias violent military aggression in Ukraine."

Yeah, that sounds about right. I was able to pay for the Owl Forest pdfs with Paypal yesterday, but it sounds like that is over.
