Code found but reward not given

I have found the code and it shows me 100 % complete but when I press the reward button that shows up no coins get added to my account.  Whats the point of all of this if nothing works?!

Did you enter the code on the place Just below the link for the video? And clicked on check code? After doing that,you can click on reward,and you should get the coins.

But than is says >> Code mismatch

I had the same issue and it turned out even though it was 100% complete, the youtube link had changed, I had to go get a new code and put that in and that let me claim my reward. Its strange but its all I can suggest, click the youtube video again and see if it changed.
