Troubleshooting/“Invalid Path” error

I have run into this error for a few of the things I have tried to upload into the Pattern Maker. Anyone know if there is a fix? Or a reason it’s saying this? Some files open just fine too. I’m running 4.04.00 build one. I am brand new to using this or any stitching software but very adept in computers.

Hi again!@StrawberryCat Open different patterns. One is Autumn Gatherings by Bothy and another is Little Women ‘Jo’ by Brook’s Books

Have you tried the PM from this site (4.08 is the one I installed)?  Also I have had to change Filenames in the past (editing out all the spaces, ?, /, etc) to make them work.  Hope this helps :)

Could you post links to a couple of files that you are trying to open in Pattern Maker?
