post with a reward

Hello,
i have seen some people posting threads asking for a specific pattern in exchange for a reward (gold coins). How does one post such a thread?

Go to bounty area, and then click to new. You must enter name of the pattern and the designer, as well as the picture of the pattern you are looking for. Then, set the reward (must be 500+ coins)
