Resetting password - Please help

Can anyone help me please?!  I’m having problems resetting my password for my user name  Tizonlyme (UID 24448).  I clicked on   “Forgot password” and was sent an email to reset but this didn’t work:- You are using ID Does not exist or has expired, Can not retrieve your password.
I’ve been a member for many years so don’t understand this.
