Having trouble getting task reward

I accidentally clicked on cancel button instead of reward button on Youtube task after I finished and correctly entered the code.

Now, everytime I clicked on reward button it prompts that I have'nt started the task yet. I tried to watch another video and entered another code but it says that it is an incorrect code even though it is the one showed on youtube video.
Please help how can I redeem my 500 points. Thank you
