Accounting problem

Hello,
I do not understand how the "purchases sales" of the site works. I posted an otter pattern in Russian which is very popular (28 replies) and I only see one purchase on my account (105 coins by C.). This is valid for almost all my threads. Me, when I "purchase" a pattern, I am immediately debited from the coins but when I "propose" patterns, I never receive what I had asked for or I have nothing. Is there a problem? Can someone explain it to me?Hello,
Moreover I can not ask the question to the people who manage the site, it seems to be forbidden to me.

Its very easy: most people who reply will never download (and buy) the attachment. There are threads with 20+ pages of replies, but with under 50 downloads. Replying is the most effective way to gain gold, so people will reply under everything regardless if they actually like what they see or not. This can be especially annoying and frustrating with bounty threads because all the replies are hidden there.

As for the message part, as a DIY1 you can send 1 PM every 24 hours, so if you cant send a message its because you have already reached the limit. Once you reach DIY2, youll be able to send an unlimited number of PMs.

It is always helpful to post the link to the pattern,
next to the file, you can see how many members have downloaded it
20 replies says nothing about the download. people just said thank you for posting this chart.

The download count on the pattern is not accurate.  On one of my uploaded patterns it says "2 downloads" but when you go to Settings/Points/Points log my pattern has been downloaded 6 times.

As BoingBoing says not everyone downloads, some people have to download more than once because of internet issues.

Another thing you may want to consider is lowering the price. It is a lot easier to get more people to download at a lower price, regardless of the size etc. of the pattern. If 2 people download at 100 GC, but 10 download at 50 GC you make more with the 50 GC price. Add to that I often have trouble opening files named in other alphabets (Cyrillic, Chinese, etc.), so I tend to avoid them if they are too expensive.

Not acid - just a reminder to acknowledge help you receive as people give their free time to help for which we should all be grateful.  As you are new we are willing to help you figure things out but feed back from you is also required.  Also we can all see when you have been on line at it wasnt just this evening;  Hope this clears up any confusion you have and we look forward to helping you further

No problem.
Before opening the problematic files (named in other alphabets), rename them with any Latin letter.
for example
Ланарте.part1.rar,  Ланарте.part2.rar,  Ланарте.part3.rar
rename to b.part1.rar,  b.part2.rar,  b.part3.rar
