Complete clear pdf. What does it mean?

Hello everyone. In my publication Jazmo Crochet - Jazmo Tennant - Tux the Linux Penguin - Dutch - Free  moderator wrote «Complete clear pdf»  and moved my post to «Post new patterns»  again. What does this note mean?

I was the moderator who wrote that.
Complete clear pdf means it is complete and good to read.
I was for a few days a moderator for the Dutch crochetsection.
I aproved your pattern as good, but the member who is in charge of the whole crochetsection had her doubts on your pattern because of the questionmarks on the pattern and asked me about it. And she send it back to the aprovesection. I told her it was good.
Today a brandnew Dutch moderator starts and i stopped,so the new moderator have to aprove again. I am very sorry about this.

Im glad that you posted this question because it helped me to better understand how this pattern-sharing thing works.  Im wondering how we get in touch with moderators and ask them questions to make sure that Im not violating any copyright by posting patterns.  HOw can we find moderators to learn how this works?

Thanks for answer!  Im sorry if this pattern was probably incorrect because I dont know Dutch and downloaded this pattern from www .famvlaanderen. nl/tux-haken-pinguin-van-linux/ (delete the spaces)
