Why I cannot download the pattern?

Hi, I cannot download pattern I am interested in:
"Sorry, only specified members can download attachments"
When I hover my coursor on the link there is sth I did not see before: "Read permissions: 90". What does that mean? :(

Apparently, you need to level up.

Pitussa, thank you, I think I found it after a thorough search. I do need to lvl up to lvl 2 so that is comming soon :)
