Hey Turquoise, I did a little more searching for you.

I found a thread of information on a stitch (dot) su thread in 2016. A staff member of 7 petel posted that this wreath pattern is a "free gift" if you make a purchase. They referred to it as "Пасхальный венок"

As for the egg, I found one nearly identical on 7petel by chance actually, when I was searching. It is a kit for plastic canvas by Овен (Aries). It includes floss and the plastic canvas.

There is a designer name on the first  pattern, Anna Kovalenko.
No pattern name or what ever.
