Download not working

Who can we ask when a paid download doesnt work, I used my coins for Annies Christmas special  Magazine and it keeps on saying DATA error when the file is downloading.

There are a few Annies Christmas Specials, can you send a link so we could check it?

A few things you can try while waiting (granted you have troubles with downloading and not with NOT downloading ALL files in a thread):
- Refresh the page
- Clean your browsers cache and cookies
- Try another browser
- Try another device
- Switch to a different, more stable network
- Check back a couple of hours or so later (sometimes the site experiences some hiccups too)

Once youve bought the attachment, itll be in your ibooks forever, and you wont have to buy it again.
