hi someone answered a bountry i posted the coins were taken but i do not see a download link to download it ...how do i get my pattern

They take the coins as soon as you post the bounty. Now you have to wait to see if someone uploads what you want. Ive had a bounty posted for about 3 years with no response but they took the coins right away.

When someone uploads the requested pattern, the reward will be given to pattern uploader and the moderator will let you know where you can download pattern.
