Problem with hourly bonus and "awaiting tasks"

since yesterday i cannot collect the hourly coins assigned to my level 4. everybody hourly bonus works a lvl.  4 hourly bonus didnt work.
the "awaiting task" tab is still not working.  I get an error all the time.

Having the same issue for a couple of days now. I wish the moderator would at least give an update even if its a "we dont know what the problem is but looking into it".... something to let us know its being worked on

Same with me.   All hourly tasks are stuck in the "awaiting tasks" that has been broken for days.  Unfortunately I havent seen any word on any action to fix the problem.

exactly. problems happen but it would be much better if the moderator shared with us any information about what is happening and when it may end
