where can i find the pattern for this ring?

it can be anywhere, it doesnt have to be on pindiy.
i tried to recreate it but it doesnt look right, where can i find a pattern?(if it even exists)
id prefer if its for both of the ringsedit: im specifically wondering how the ears are made, i only need to know that. so if you know how the ears were made with which stitches and everything them please comment it.

I think that the round ears are just 11/12 single crochets in magic ring, the long ones could be like that: chain 7, start from the second 2 sl st, 2hdc, 1dc, 3/4dc in one, continue on the other side 1dc, 2hdc, 2sl st. I tried it with fine cotton, it looked very similar. The middle is obviously painted. You can try different stitches, they just need to go from the shortest to the tallest.
