I have a question - why are there so many threads that end up in the knitting section (or crochet section) while still showing up in the mixed knitting and crochet section? If its already been sorted out, shouldnt it no longer show up in the mixed section anymore? It makes it very difficult to efficiently sort through mixed patterns, and ends up in a lot of duplicated work. I thought that the mixed crochet and knitting section was supposed to be for patterns or books that used both techniques, and for items that hadnt been sorted out yet.
Is this some sort of caching issue (which should resolve itself in time), or is this an organizational issue? Because if theres a conscious choice to keep items that are clearly either knitting or crochet in the mixed section instead of fully moving them out, its very demotivating to try and sort through knowing that the mixed section isnt going to get any better. :( I was very excited because I love this place and want to help make it clearer for users to find the kind of patterns theyre looking for. |
