Why I cant post my works?

Hello. Still I dont understand this forum how it works.
Ive in past published one of my amigurumi:
[Title of my thread: First amigurumi blue bear and bunny girl
in the diary session.

but when today Ive tried to post again a new amigurumi , a message tell me that I cant have access to the forum to post.

Why?
Im very confused.....uff...:Q
