How to report problems with patterns ?

So I am asking once again.....how can I report a problem with a pattern ?.
My first post has been deleted and the links that were on the reply, do not allow me to post ?

I usually click on the report button on the thread which provides the member to state what is wrong with the thread or pattern.  I have found
the moderators respond very quickly.
