I do realize this is a very old post, and I only have the following pdf available.

The only thing is, as it's not the exact book that you requested, I may not be able to claim the bounty? However, it could work if you requested this specicic book, then I imagine that I could upload it for you, and claim the bounty . . .

All up to you though . . .?  Also, I'm new to PinDIY, and have never uploaded anything before, so this would be a first, and I don't even know where to start?
