How to know what User Group I need to be?

Some shared resources have a specific user group requirement I guess so it doesnt show for me, how can I know what user group do I need to be to download them?

First things first - check which board youre at. Attachments in the "Post new Patterns & Magazine," "Recycled" and "Recycled - Checked" areas all have this notice. They are unavailable to everybody, because they either havent been moderated yet, or they had some issues so they were removed.

If you are at the crafting boards (like "Crochet Section," "Cross Stitch Repaint," etc.) and you still see the message, please send a link to the thread here saying that the read permission is too high. Users can change their attachments read permission from everybody to DIY1 and up. In the past, it was allowed to set it to DIY2 and up, but there was a system hiccup that caused all DIY2 permissions to go up to DIY10. So these threads are effectively unavailable now. There is no way for us to go through each and every thread to check the read permission, so we correct these whenever they get reported.
