A noobs question

Hi, I recently discovered this website and I LOVE it. Nevertheless, I cant access some attachments, and I dont know why. Could anyone help me, please?
Heres the kind of pattern Id like to have (I already checked and I have enough credit coins to buy it, of course).

The website keeps saying "Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments" and I dont get what it means.
