Row 1: purl all stitches
Row 2: *Yarn over, knit 1* - repeat ** to the end of the row
Row 3: *knit 1, take the previous YO off the needle* - repeat ** to the end of the row
Row 4: *purl 7 stitches together; make 7 stitches of 1: knit, YO, knit, YO, knit, YO, knit* - repeat ** to the end of the row
Row 5: purl all stitches
Row 6: *Yarn over, knit 1* - repeat ** to the end of the row
Row 7: *knit 1, take the previous YO off the needle* - repeat ** to the end of the row
