App Task

Is anyone else having an issue with their App Task.
I enter my user and password, but it goes no further than the login screen.  Request Ok is the message when I try and log in.

Having the same issue since a couple of days ago. I’ve written a negative review on the AppStore for the app hoping they take care of the problem.

Me too. Found some old threads that suggested resetting the password. I havent been able to get it to work though.

Update: I am now back in. I made sure my device with the app was turned off when I reset the password this time. This seemed to make the difference from the other times Ive tried resetting.

@sunnyegg  I used my desktop computer to login to the site and click the reset password link on the App Task. You could probably use another phone or tablet to reset as well. Sorry for the delay in replying Ive been ill. I hope this helps.

i had the same issue at first and then tried again second time noticed the reset password. that helped. and then just set the password to the code you want and log in with that.
